The Canadian Wildlife Silver Bullion Coins, issued by the Royal Canadian Mint, showcase stunning reverse designs that highlight Canada’s diverse wildlife. This series includes six distinct silver bullion coins released over a span of three years, each featuring animals iconic to the Canadian landscape.
Canadian Wildlife Silver Bullion Coin Series
2011 Canadian Wolf and Grizzly Silver Bullion Coins
Each coin in this series is crafted to the high standards that collectors and investors expect from the Royal Canadian Mint, featuring .9999 fine silver. The Canadian Wildlife coins are primarily targeted at investors, yet the series is also highly sought after by collectors due to its limited mintage—only 1,000,000 coins per design. As a result, bullion dealers often secure the entire mintage before the coins are even made available to the public.
2012 Canadian Cougar and Moose Silver Bullion Coins
The first five releases in the series focus on Canadian animals that are both well-known and emblematic of the country’s rich natural heritage. These coins have become cherished by both wildlife enthusiasts and coin collectors.
2013 Canadian Wildlife Silver Bullion Coins
The 2013 series includes a stunning portrayal of the Pronghorn Antelope. A second release for 2013 has yet to be revealed.
