As we move into the final quarter of the year, we’re thrilled to report that 98% of coins from our producing countries have now been entered into the NumisMaster database. This year alone, we’ve added more than 6,700 coins and over 3,700 images, with more updates on the horizon. The days of cataloging just 2,500 coins annually are far behind us. Additionally, we’re pleased to announce that the monthly “What’s New in NumisMaster” updates will now be accessible in the Articles section of our database for easy reference.

Metals and Market Updates
In early September, we conducted our quarterly metals pricing updates, reflecting changes in gold, silver, platinum, and palladium values. This extensive update adjusted over 25,000 pricing fields, including melt values for coins composed of these metals. Alongside these updates, we tackled special projects based on subscriber feedback.
Highlights include comprehensive price revisions for 20th-century coins from Biafra and Serbia, as well as updates to modern and 20th-century coins from Canada, Switzerland, and Australia. Additionally, pricing for 21st-century coins from Barbados, Colombia, Ivory Coast, and Mongolia received notable adjustments. Some standout results include a rare Leprosarian token from Colombia that fetched an impressive auction price, and an 1891 ultra-rare coin from the Netherlands. Bulgarian coins from the 19th and 20th centuries also saw significant value increases due to a rising market for high-grade rarities.
